About Picker's Elegant Occasions
Picker's Elegant Occasions was originally known as Picker's Fashions when it was opened in the 1940's on Bleeker Street in Utica, NY. The store was moved to the New Hartford Shopping Center in 1974, where it still remains. In September 2007, the store was purchased by Cynthia Grabeldinger and renamed "Picker's Elegant Occasions".
Over the past year, Cynthia and her experienced staff have worked hard to resurrect Picker's Elegant Occasions as the premier bridal boutique in the Mohawk Valley. Selection of new gowns, new lines and new products have increased dramatically. We have refocused our attention on providing superior customer service and personalized attention to every bride, a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where it is fun to shop, and quality gowns at affordable prices.
